I have to contact two people for interviews who are Baby Boomers. And while I will refrain from making a huge generalization here, it would not surprise me if they did not check email on vacations, such as tomorrow, and possibly through the weekend. So I'm not sending an email to get buried in an in-box. I'm going to wait until Monday.
Conscious of generational differences in email habits? Definitely.
And, yes, I know there are exceptions. I do know that.
